The Zoo

Since everyone has been going to the zoo and saying how wonderful it was we decided to go. It was an interesting day to say the least. On the way there I talked to my Dr. and got some test results back that were less than pleasing but we had a zoo to enjoy. Dyllon was ecstatic since he had never been to a zoo before. Sure he had been to a petting zoo but not a zoo, zoo.

He liked to sit on this lion. For some reason it made him feel important. There were tons of kids running around and he just sat there and watched them. Afterwards he came up to me and said, "Look mom, there are my guys." Everyone is his "guys".

I like this picture because it cracks me up that Jeff has no head. They were trying to feed the ducks but I think the ducks had had their fill of the food.

This animal came right up to the glass and looked him in the eye. I think if I were him I would have screamed in terror but all he said was "Look, pussy cat" Don't ask.

I know that it looks like he is trying to scratch this monkeys butt but the monkey turned around right as I was taking the picture. He loved the monkeys. He kept saying OOh ooh aah aah.

That was our trip to zoo. He keeps talking about the animals everyday and I am sure that we will have to go there again soon. If anyone wants to meet us there, we would love to set up a time.
